The Price We Pay as RSS turns 100 in 2025! | Suresh Khairnar

On 11 October, Akhilesh Yadav was prevented from garlanding the statue of Jayaprakash Narayan on the occasion of his birth anniversary in Lucknow, on 2 October, Sonam Wangchuk was prevented from visiting Mahatma Gandhi’s Samadhi Sthal in Delhi and some time ago, an attempt was made by RSS goons to attack Nikhil Wagle in Pune. Similarly, in view of the incidents of barging into the office of Chitralekha Marathi magazine’s editor Mr. Gyanesh Maharao and forcing him to apologize for his statement, the relevance of the banner ’Nirbhay Bano’ is so important! These incidents have proved this!

This same Nikhil Wagle had run the same campaign in the nineties in Mumbai under this banner, with the help of Dharmyug magazine’s sub-editor Ganesh Mantri, Marathi playwright Vijay Tendulkar, Ratnakar Matkari, Marathi playwright Professor Pushpa Bhave and other colleagues. And I had come specially from Calcutta to address one of those meetings. And that meeting was organised in Keshav Gore Smriti Sabhaghar in Goregaon.

When I got down from Goregaon railway station and was walking to attend that meeting, a friend told me that "There is a crowd of thousands gathered outside the meeting hall! They have attacked Nikhil Wagle’s car and shattered its glass! And the same happened with Ganesh Mantri! My advice is that you should not go!" So I told him that "I have come from Kolkata only for this program! And should I return midway like this? And if my friends Nikhil Wagle, Ganesh Mantri are there in this condition? Shame on me, should I go back fearing for my own safety on such a life? On the contrary, it is my moral duty to perform my duty to strengthen the Nirbhay Bano movement on this occasion!"

Saying this, I moved ahead. There was a huge crowd of middle class women outside Keshav Gore Smriti Hall. They were shouting slogans against the meeting in an agitated state. When I tried to enter that crowd, they first pushed me down. And on top of that, I was being beaten with sticks by people wearing shoes and slippers. Still, I crawled through that crowd on my knees. I crawled towards the gate of the meeting hall. And then into the meeting hall. My Khadi shirt was torn. And my jeans pants were also torn above the knees.

When I went on stage in the same condition, the organizers asked me to speak. I showed my shabby appearance and told all the audience sitting in the meeting that "Seventy years ago in Germany, Hitler’s Storm Stoppers and Gestapo together had treated their opponents in the same way. Which the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh is repeating in India today." This is the Indian version of the fascist Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh. They have included violence in their philosophy. Because of which we had to lose Mahatma Gandhi. And in the meantime, these are the people who killed Dr. Narendra Dabholkar, Professor M.S. Kalburgi, Comrade Govind Pansare and Gauri Lankesh.

Apart from this, lakhs of people have died in various riots, and that too has been done by these people! The Pune incident is a part of the same chain! Because the statements of Devendra Fadnavis and Sudhir Deodhar, who have come from the Sangh branch, on this incident are giving an indication of this! Despite the murderous attack on Nikhil Wagle, instead of taking action against the attackers, they are talking about arresting Nikhil Wagle! And they are even saying that Nikhil Wagle himself got this attack done on himself for cheap popularity!

This fascist organization, on 27th September 1925, the day of Dussehra, Dr. Keshav Baliram Hedgewar, Dr. B.J. Munje and some ten-fifteen of their close associates together started a branch with ten-fifteen people in the courtyard of Mohite’s wada (the big house of old landlords is called wada in Marathi) in a locality called Mahal in old Nagpur. In which mainly field programs like sports, exercise, singing, parade and games of Hindusthan of Hindus were organized. And the most important thing was that the volunteers were told the right and wrong about the atrocities that were committed on Hindus during the times of Muslim kings. And as much wrong as possible, with added spice.

Although after the Battle of Plassey in 1756, the rule of Muslim kings and the remnants of the empire had almost ended with the revolt of 1857. The British had been ruling for more than two hundred years. But there is not a single mention of the British in the Sangh’s shakha or intellectual gitos. And because of that, despite the Sangh being established twenty-two years ago by 1947, there is not a single record of its participation in the freedom movement.

Only and only the so-called Hindutva Sangh! Because of the poisonous propaganda against the minority communities! Many other volunteers like Narendra Modi-Amit Shah! Doing communal politics is the achievement of hundred years! To make India a Hindu nation! Continuous efforts are going on in India! And this communal organization, its parent organization Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh! Will be completing 100 years on this day next year, in 2025!

Therefore, in any case, they are trying to establish the so-called Hindu nation of Guru Golwalkar. They are working to polarize the entire country with the mentality of communal polarization by abolishing Article 370 of Kashmir, Uniform Civil Code, NRC, CAA, etc. And in this way, they are treating more than 30-35 crore minority community in a very inhuman manner in Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and wherever BJP is in power, Maharashtra, in all those states. This is a matter of great concern.

In the darkness of the night, in police disguise, goons of RSS are seen destroying the properties of Muslims selectively by running bulldozers in Muzaffarnagar to Saharanpur, Moradabad, Lucknow to Allahabad and many other Muslim dominated areas like Aligarh, Azamgarh, Kanpur, Banaras, Allahabad etc. Under which law?

And in the assembly Adityanath is comparing it to Ram Rajya! So instead of Ram, I see it as Ravana Rajya! They are dancing the communal dance! They are working to turn the whole area into a communal riot! And our media is stunned! They don’t have time to give any news about these things! Or has our media been painted in the color of Hindutvaists?

But if this situation continues, then the present government is foolishly taking the country towards another partition because in 1940, Jinnah succeeded in creating a separate country in 1947 by fanning the same minority fear psychosis.

In a place called Khargone in the Nimar region of Madhya Pradesh, after the riots during Durga Puja, bulldozers were run on the settlements of minority communities. And then after that, the collector there erected concrete walls between the Hindu and Muslim settlements. And the collector sahab was telling the representative of the Indian Express that "these walls are being built for peace and goodwill between the two communities." I saw this scene ten years ago during my visit to Palestine. In the Gaza Strip and West Bank area of ??Palestine, I have seen an area surrounded by 25-30 feet high concrete walls by the Israeli government, between the settlements of the Arabs of Palestine and the Jews of Israel. And how much peace and goodwill has been established between Palestine and Israel? The whole world knows that. At present, they are almost bent on destroying the Gaza Strip.

Hindus and Muslims have been living together in India for thousands of years. And for some time now, due to communal elements, some discord has started to arise. Especially, this is being deliberately created for petty vote bank politics. And for this, the biggest responsible organization is RSS and its political unit BJP and their octopus-like vanguards of extremely communal forces like VHP, Shri Ram Sena, Bajrang Dal, Hindu Vahini are responsible.

So instead of removing its root causes, how will communal tension be reduced by such absurd actions? On the contrary, by eliminating whatever mutual acquaintance we have with each other, walls will be used to increase the distances due to always being suspicious of each other. Already, the Sangh has been successful in building mental walls between each other by carrying out a campaign of defamation against minority communities for the last hundred years. And now they are completing the remaining task by building visible walls.

This means that building walls between each other’s settlements will only add fuel to the fire of communal polarization. This is something that is being continuously done by communal elements. The walls will be used to help them because some people are already trying to spread misunderstandings about each other. When these walls stop the interaction with each other, then even more misunderstandings will increase. And instead of increasing brotherhood, misunderstandings will increase.

And which school did the collector sahab study in? I don’t know. But he was the first one to use bulldozers against the minority community in this riot. And now he has thought of building a wall between the two colonies for permanent peace. This is a program to promote communalism 100%. Which Amit Shah has started. In the Gujarat assembly election campaign, BJP has made Payal Kulkarni, daughter of one of the culprits involved in the Naroda Patia riots, its candidate. And Payal is currently sitting as an MLA in the Gujarat assembly with a huge number of votes. Recently, "The riots were necessary to take measures for permanent peace in Gujarat riots." This is her speech during the Naroda Patia assembly elections.

And the same mistake again after 99 years! Due to the madness of the Sangh Parivar! After the current government came to power! Continuous issues like triple talaq, 370, Ram Mandir, love jihad, cow slaughter ban, hijab and now this in the name of citizenship! Deliberate attempts to put Muslims in a mindset of insecurity! This is leading to another partition of the country!
One of the objectives of the Bharatiya Janata Party is to divert people’s attention from the important issues of the country. Because they came with the slogan of "Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas" (Development with all, development with all)! What happened from 2014 to 2024? Everyone knows whose development happened? And whom are they supporting?

How much has the wealth of a few industrialists increased? And what has come to the share of our common citizens? Our Gross National Product rate has fallen to less than half! And we are bearing the brunt of inflation! The government that promised two crore jobs every year! Has not provided even two crore jobs till now! On the contrary, leave aside new jobs, how many old people have lost their jobs? Small entrepreneurs have almost been finished! Demonetization and GST completed the remaining task! And they are shamelessly saying that unemployed people should start frying bhajiyas!
And in the name of Corona! By hastily imposing lockdown! They have played with the lives of crores of rural labourers! And have pushed more than a hundred people into the jaws of death! And as if that was not enough! They have gone after the farmers!

By bringing the agriculture related laws! They are counting their last breaths! They are hell bent on destroying the agriculture sector! And to top it all, they say that we have brought these laws for the welfare of the farmers! And without taking the opinion of the farmers! The way they have done the circus of passing these bills in the Parliament under the guise of Covid! The whole world has seen it! And the remaining respect of the Parliament has been ruined! And in a temperature of less than one degree Celsius! More than 1.5 crore farmers! Sitting around the capital! The record of sitting for more than a year! This has happened for the first time in the farmers’ movement of India! And in my opinion, this is also in the history of any movement in the world! The struggle of lakhs of farmers for a continuous year! Has been recorded for the first time in the history of the world! And now once again the farmers are trying to come to Delhi for their demands, this time they are behaving more strictly than before, so far two farmers have died and the most surprising thing is that the pellet guns used by Israel against the Palestinian people are being used on the farmers!

Because last time, keeping in mind the Uttar Pradesh elections, Narendra Modi, in his usual tactics, went to Rakabganj Gurudwara in Delhi, bowed his head and apologized, and pretended to cry, and announced the withdrawal of the bills. But the ground reality remains the same. The prices of the farmers’ crops and the promises made by the government are not being fulfilled. Because Adani has built cold storages and huge warehouses worth billions of rupees. Despite coming to power by asking for votes of the common people, the government works only in the interest of industrialists. When will people understand this? And the day it comes, no Ram will be able to do anything. Because marginalizing the daily issues of the people in the name of religion cannot continue for long.

The government which intervenes in Australia itself! Imports expensive coal for the Adani Group! After getting involved in such deals itself! Brings coal from the other corner of the world to India which is many times more expensive than India! To force Indian industries to buy it at many times higher prices! Mainly for thermal power generation projects! And this from the people who sing the song of patriotism all the time! What kind of patriotism is this act of forcing the people of our own country to buy expensive electricity for the sake of making a profit for an industrialist?

I have heard that those projects refused to buy coal because of its high cost. So the supply of government coal through goods trains was stopped. And they are being forced to buy Adani’s expensive coal brought from Australia. And that is why now the decision has been taken to increase the price of electricity in India many times. Due to its purchase in those states, there is opposition from the customers.

And our media is exaggerating the prices of Pakistan, Nepal and Sri Lanka instead of our country’s prices. Just a while ago, a kilo of wheat flour in Pakistan was quoted at Rs. 550. This is also being done as part of a conspiracy. What is the actual price of Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Nepal? Nobody knows. But they are being deliberately exaggerated and reported in the Indian media. "My brothers and sisters, look at how cheaply I am giving you things. And in our neighbours’ place, people are struggling to get food." The Indian media organizations have almost stopped writing or showing India’s problems on TV. But they are competing with each other to give the first place to the true or false news of Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Nepal.

Similarly, Narendra Modiji was requested to intervene to stop the war in Ukraine. The whole world is pleading him to intervene. And India is free to do the politics of communal polarization as usual. After all, it is the host of G-20. Despite 75 years of India’s independence, half the population does not have proper drinking water. Even today, it is not possible for more than 25 percent of children to survive beyond the age of 5 years. Because they are becoming victims of malnutrition. Hardly a second goes by in which the dignity of women is not being looted. And that too from the tribal or Dalit community.

Till now more than 10 lakh farmers have reached the point of committing suicide! And the people of the Sangh are chanting the name of Vishwa Guru! If this is the real form of Vishwa Guru! Then we do not want such a Vishwa Guru! Who promises to show dreams of good days! Gets a gas cylinder of Rs. 300 for Rs. 1200! Four times more price! And which roads are measured? Claims that we have built 40 kilometers of road every day! I have not seen most of the village roads being built forty-fifty years ago! After that, the road is not being touched again! And looking at the figures of schemes for the people, the head gets confused! But which public is getting all that money is a mystery!

And reporting the news of farmers’ suicides! Newspapers and TV channels have stopped reporting them! But the number of suicides is increasing instead of decreasing! Because as long as the conspiracy to sell the farmers’ crops at throwaway prices after production will continue! (What is happening with the onion crop right now? I am saying this for the latest example! And destroying the apple crops of Kashmir farmers, it is continuing with every crop from apple to orange, tomato! )

Today, India has been out of the list of developing countries of the world! And in the list of poor countries, it has come down even below Bangladesh and Pakistan! This is a national insult! The present government has no moral right to remain in power, even for a moment! But to divert attention from all these things, things like NRC! And that too on religious grounds! The only purpose behind bringing the bill! By using religious sentiments in the country! By creating an atmosphere of anarchy! So that there is no discussion anywhere about their failure! That is why they want to entangle the country in meaningless things like NRC!

But first in 1950, it started as a political party in the name of Jan Sangh and in 1980 as Bharatiya Janata Party. But after (1985-86) in the name of Ram Mandir, the work of spoiling the atmosphere was continuously done by Narendra Modi ji in 2002 while being the Chief Minister of Gujarat. For the first time in the history of Indian politics, by instigating state-sponsored riots, he has left no stone unturned to establish himself as the Hindu-Hriday Samrat. This has been exposed by hundreds of reports and books after the Gujarat riots. And far from challenging any of these books or reports, on the contrary, Narendra Modi ji has repeatedly claimed that "my critics are doing the best work of publicizing me." Today, on 27 February 2024, it has been 22 years since the Gujarat riots. For a country like India with a multi-faceted culture, it is a matter of great concern that the reins of a country like India go into the hands of a man or woman who insists on any particular religion or culture. This is because of people who insist on communalism or racial superiority, there has been a lot of violence in the world.

That is why today Narendra Modi is talking about loving lakhs of Pasmanda Muslims! But for the people living in an insecure environment, even loving them is like a nightmare! Because what happened to the people of the same Pasmanda Muslim community in Gujarat 22 years ago in the presence of Narendra Modi? There are still people who remember this! And immediately after coming to power in 2014, how many Pasmandas have had to lose their lives in the name of cow! Because the Pasmanda Muslim community earns its livelihood from buying cows to all matters related to it! And even today, what kind of venom are the so-called Hindutvawadis spewing every day? Is Narendra Modi unaware of all these things? It is like Ram in the mouth and a knife in the armpit!

The country has unknowingly fallen into the hands of such a conspiracy gang! Just like after the Second World War! 100 years ago, the same situation prevailed in Germany! And taking advantage of that, a dictator named Hitler! oppressed Germany for 25 years! The same history is being repeated in India today! German capitalists have invested their capital behind Hitler too! And the entire media of Germany too! And in the present times, almost all of India’s media! (barring a few exceptions) is busy agreeing with the current government!

And among the capitalists, there is a 60-year-old man named Gautam Adani. When he was 25-30 years old, he used to roam around selling clothes on a bicycle. Today he is the richest man in India and third in the world.
And today he owns most of India’s water, forests and land. This man registered Adani Group of Industries in Ahmedabad Stock Exchange in 1988. That means 36 years ago. Today it is number three in the world and first in Asia and it is the first in India. He was the one who started helping Narendra Modi after the Gujarat riots. He was the one who organized the so-called Vibrant Gujarat and in return Narendra Modi, ignoring all kinds of rules and laws, gave Adani Group all the major airports and railways in India, from the ports of Gujarat. And there is hardly any other area which has not been handed over to this group.

A very minor thing has come up in the Hindenburg report. It is my personal allegation that "there is a need to investigate the Narendra Modi and Adani connection." Because during the last ten years, there are examples of Narendra Modi doing some favours for this industry in almost every country in his visits to India and abroad. And more than half of India’s electricity is being given to Adani today. And despite selling the railways, air traffic, water and industrial establishments of the country, the big mouthed people of BJP are saying that Rahul Gandhi is defaming India on foreign soil. But will the act of going abroad and promoting Adani industry, especially at the government level, be called a big contribution of patriotism?

But there is a limit to everything! Which Narendra Modi-Amit Shah and Gautam Adani have now crossed! And the movement that has started in the entire country! That too of young men and women, farmers-labourers, Dalits or tribals, women! And people of all castes and communities! It is not going to stop now! Because I myself am a product of a youth movement that happened fifty years ago! (JP movement of 1973! At the time when I was entering the age of twenty! )

Yes, at that time we were under the leadership of Jayaprakash Narayan. But today there is no leader of his stature. And this is despite the shortcomings of the movement. I consider it a strength too. Because a movement based on one person has its limitations. Which will not happen this time. And from this community leadership will emerge. Otherwise in 1977, the old people had ruined everything within a few days. And as a result of that, the country went into the hands of people with current extreme communal fascist thinking.

The country is paying the price for this today! For their own stomachs, Indians have gone abroad for hundreds of years! And today these fools living in India! Are talking about foreigners? According to their own government figures, the number is less than 33 thousand! But Indians alone are in England! England has asked to send back 70,000 to one lakh Indians a year ago! And only then will they be handed over to Mallya, Modi, Chauksi! But Modi is procrastinating! There are 21 lakh Indians living in America! And 35 lakh in Saudi Arabia! And similarly, the rough figures all over the world, more than a few crores are living there! The government that makes Indians insecure! Should be ashamed!

And the most important thing now is that people of Indian origin! Britain which has ruled India for 200 years! Rishi Sunak, who is of Indian descent, has been the Prime Minister of that country! The America whose imperialism they talk about! Today, the Vice President of that America, Kamala Harris! Who is going to contest in the next presidential election! And is of Indian origin! And today there are examples of people of Indian origin being President or Prime Minister in at least half a dozen foreign countries! The journey of Vinobaji’s dreams towards the world of victory is visible!

Due to wrong economic policies in India, there is rampant inflation, unemployment and the agriculture sector is almost on the verge of collapse. Because farmer suicides are not stopping. And in the ongoing agitation at present, more than a hundred farmers have died so far. And every day one of them is being forced to commit suicide. The prices of gas and oil are being increased day by day.

It is necessary to investigate the fact that Gautam Adani gave Narendra Modi his private jet plane to hold more than 400 meetings during the 2014 Lok Sabha elections. Because in the Raebareli elections, Mrs. Indira Gandhi lost her Lok Sabha seat for six years on the mere issue of distributing blankets. Here Narendra Modi used Gautam Adani’s private jet plane to become the Prime Minister. From where did BJP get so much money in that election campaign? Because BJP never tires of calling itself a "party with a difference." So what is the difference? The people of the country should know.

The most surprising thing is that from railways to BSNL, defence product factories and many other profitable government industries are being sold to the private sector (mainly to Adani Industries Group) at throwaway prices. Is this increasing patriotism or treason? India’s education and health issues are getting worse day by day. But they are insisting that they will bring NRC and CAA. So it is clearly visible that even before the completion of 100 years of RSS in 2025, an attempt is being made to create the Hindu nation of Shri Madhav Sadashiv Golwalkar’s dream. And they are hell-bent on handing over the entire nation’s water, forests and remaining land to the capitalists (especially Gautam Adani Industries Group!), which is the moral and constitutional responsibility of all of us who believe in the Indian Constitution. To stop the plans of Sangh Parivar at any cost! We all have to keep making united efforts by following the path shown by Mahatma Gandhi and Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar! Otherwise if the country remains in the hands of these hypocrites for a longer time, they will sell the entire country! And that too while claiming to be patriotic!
