Corrigendum, Mainstream, August 3, 2019

On page 30 of the Mainstream issue of July 20, 2019 the last sentence of the second paragraph on column two should read: “He was not pathologically opposed to the ruling All India Trinamul Congress in Bengal but in 2018 he had forewarned that the propensity of the AITC would create space for the BJP.â€
