S.D. Muni, retired as a Professor at the School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, is presently a Visiting Senior Research Fellow, Institute of South Asian Studies, National University of Singapore. A foreign affairs specialist, he is an authority on South Asia.
