Uttarakhand Humanity Forum strongly condemns the fatal attack on the Director of Primary Education and described the incident as the result of the brutality of the ruling party supporters. The forum has demanded strict action against the attackers.

In a press note, the platform said that going to the government office with the crowd and damaging government property by fighting with the primary education director Ajay Kumar Noudial is not a sign of healthy democracy.
The joining of the ruling party MLA in this matter makes the matter more serious. This incident shows that the ruling party supporters have come down to arbitration, and now they are not hesitating to take the law and order into their own hands.

The platform says videos that surfaced of the attack on the director of Primary Education clearly visible that they were fatally attacked. Their head was exploded in the attack. The director himself has said about attempting to kill his life in his complaint. Even after this, the attempted murder is an indication that police are saving the attackers.

The forum says four people who were arrested by police, including history sheeters, the court has given them bail. This happened because the police have put very light streams. A clause in the lawsuit is of minor injuries to government employees, while director Ajay Noudial with a bloody facial photo, testifies that it is not minor, but serious injuries.

The forum has said that the law and order in Dehradun has worsened in recent days. Police are often under pressure from ruling party leaders. Police should take action against criminals without pressure. Even if the crime is an legislator, there should be no loose in action.
