Climate fury knows no national borders, the response should be cross border

Nature knows no national borders. Spread across parts of South Asia territories of Jammu & Kashmir, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, J&K, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Tripura, also cities like Bombay and Delhi in India, Kashmir & Punjab including parts of Lahore in Pakistan, regions of Chattogram and Sylhet, in Bangladesh and in parts of Nepal including Kathmandu have faced damage with waves of heavy monsoon rains, flash-floods, cloudbursts and landslides. This has led to caused death of hundreds, impacted millions of people many of whom are in camps. There have been huge economic losses for farming communities, on roads and public infrastructure. The authorities across the borders are responding to the crisis as usual in a piece meal fashion, scrambling to rescue, the stranded and provide humanitarian relief. The authorities do what they know best disaster relief & management. The very idea that these events are driven by a common climate crisis and an ecological imbalance
