He dismantled the Planning Commission which used to bring the best economists to think boldly and searched a way out of crisis. It was a place of consultation among the chief ministers of states which affects the federal structure of political system. Niti Ayog cannot replace the old Planning Commission which required data and analysis. Today no data of economy and poverty are available no planning is done. Foreign policy requires thinking minds but he depends on a civil servant to handle the foreign relation. He visited around ninety countries which required a huge investment but no availability of total expenditure incurred for foreign visits. Under the RTI no information is available but somehow pole have collected the information regarding his visit to Brazil where his three days journey incurred thirty lakhs of rupees. But in the end he did not have any friend who could stand with India. Permanent friend like Russia has been alienated from India. In war situation with Pakistan he squandered resources from friends and stood alone without any friend country.
Pahalgam and operation Sindur are the two sides of the same coin. Pahalgam incident killed many tourists which demanded action against the Home Minister Shah for failure in maintaining the law and order as it is the responsibility of the Central government but this did not happen and then to push the matter for creating war psychosis among people of South Asia they started Operation Sindur which turned into fiasco. There was no preparation as the required fighter planes have not reached the Air force which is handicapped.
Old Raffale planes got shot down by the Pakistan fighter planes equipped with advance technology. After twenty four hours Modi realised the folly and then like Duryodhan after losing all his heroes in the battle like Vshma and Karna etc went to mother Kunti to take advice and Modi here went to take advice from Trump who played his cards to keep his imperialist design over the South Asia and went for a Ceasefire. Proper planning and strength could have saved us from a fiasco today.
POSDCORB is an acronym in public administration and management theory, coined by Luther Gulick and Lyndall Urwick, that stands for Planning, Organizing, Staffing, Directing, Coordinating, Reporting, and Budgeting. These are seven principles of public administration. Planning of the defiance preparation was done by Modi as he did not consult the experts and went ahead with the Raffale while he went on foreign trip to Paris with some industrialists and renewed the deal and handed over to the private players who are his friends. Here planning is done without proper thinking as he went ahead with privatisation policy without looking into seven principles of public administration. He did not allow the industrialists with some expertise but on friendly terms with Anil Ambani a bankrupt industrialist who had nothing to invest and the public sector industries were not allowed to function as before specifically the HAL a public sector industry was involved in assembling the parts of fighter plane. The way they organised the defence activities without proper staffing and without proper direction from the top management. The most important failure is the coordination with military establishment which is raised by the Air Marshal A P Singh that there was hardly any coordination with the air force chief. He raised very often the points regarding the fulfillment of contracts but they ignored. This happened because of their familial relationship with the political executive. As Air Marshal raised the issue the private management ignored to report back. This is what he raised in his meeting with industrialists. He is not opposing the privatisation but it needs to be done in a professional way. Furthermore the low budget for defiance affected the production system which is being underlined by the Air Marshal.

Under Modi all wars not fought on the Western frontier of Indian Sub continent but it entered into election politics of India. Phulwama to Pahalgam he went to different places and campaigned in the name of war vicitims and telling people to vote for the soldiers who died in the war. After the operation Sindur he went to BIhar and told "Chur Chur ho jayega" and Now in Rajasthan he spoke that operation Sindur is in his blood. It is true that war and jingoism both are part of right wing Hinduva politics. He is sending the opposition leaders to speak to public in different parts of the world about the Operation Sindur but it is getting spoiled in the bud by Modi himself.
Is Modi’s India a Hindu Rashtra, this needs some explanations? A leading news paper like Financial Times equates Pakistan and India some level. Pakistan was declared as a Islamic state whereas India a secular and democratic state. Over a decade Modi is ruling with his anti Muslim rhetoric but sometimes it it looking like real. After the Pahalgam incident more Muslims in BJP ruled states are getting attacked by the supporters of Hindutva and Modi bhakta. The war exposed the way symbols of Hinduism have been used in Operation Sindur. Sindur is being used by married women in Hindu society as being used in the last war. The Defence Minister went to France to get Raffale planes with ’Nimbu and mirichi’ are ingredients of Hindu worship rituals. Defence is a secular organisation but the Modi government wanted not to allow women as officers which is another sign of Hinduism. That Women are for the homes not for working in factory and fields or schools and colleges. All these are fearful prospects for the future.
As Modi is turning into a King and the military officers have been touching his feet which another sign of hierarchy as practiced in everyday Hinduism I have seen in the Sanskrit Department of Utkal University students touch the feet of teachers every day which explains the disaster in our university system.

This is the saddest part of the Hindutva politics. It is slowly taking the shape of terrorism. We welcome Justice Sridharan and Justice Shukla of Jabalpur bench of High court of MP allowed the police to file the criminal case against Shah and a strong action needs to be taken against him to teach a lesson that Hindutva uses abusive language against Muslims Dalits and women.
Prof Ali Khan from Ashoka University was arrested without the knowledge of various agents working in the area.
